Wallbox installs 120 EV chargers at Montréal airport terminal

Wallbox and EDP électrique have installed 120 new EV charging points at the YHU terminal of Montréal Metropolitan Airport, according to electrive.

The partners plan to add 48 more chargers once construction of a new airport building is completed, electrive reported. That installation would raise the site total to 168 chargers.

FAI Validates SolarStratos Altitude Record for Solar Plane

The FAI validated the SolarStratos altitude record attempt after verifying the flight data. The governing body confirmed the mark during its 120th general conference in Lausanne, held Wednesday to Friday.

The record flight departed from Sion airport in southwest Switzerland on August 12 of the previous year.

The previous certified altitude record for a solar plane stood at 9,235 metres.
