Amit Shah to launch over Rs 1,542 crore of Gujarat rail projects

Event Registry reported that Amit Shah will launch railway projects worth over Rs 1,542 crore at Sabarmati in Gujarat on September 27.

The LNG train uses two 1,400 HP Driving Power Cars converted at Sabarmati Integrated Coaching Depot into diesel-LNG dual-fuel systems, according to Event Registry. LNG will replace nearly 40% of their diesel consumption.

The initiative is expected to reduce fuel costs and emissions of carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter.
