South Africa to Host Joint Nuclear and Clean Energy Conference in Gauteng
South Africa's Department of Electricity and Energy (DEE) and Eskom will co-host the South African Nuclear and Clean Energy Conference on 10 and 11 November 2026 in Gauteng, according to SAnews.
The gathering will address the country's nuclear energy programme alongside policy, regulatory, financing, technology, partnership, industrialisation, and skills considerations needed to support its development, SAnews reported.
The event merges the DEE Nuclear Conference and the 4th Eskom Clean Energy Conference onto a single platform while preserving each conference's separate focus and objectives.
